Well Scaled Tech was founded by a senior cloud platform and site reliability engineer who has spent years taking software from its first deploy to dependable, production-grade systems — architecting cloud infrastructure, taming outages, and automating the operations that keep products online. We started the practice because too many good products stall between "it works on my machine" and "it runs reliably for thousands of customers," and most teams at that stage can't yet justify a full-time platform hire. Rooted in Vancouver's fast-growing tech community, we work with startups here and remote teams across North America — part of a broader shift toward fractional engineering.
